1. Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and tags.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely with all original materials
- Include the RMA number on the return package
- Ship the item to the provided return address
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the difference.
